Stan Moss serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Polen Capital, a global asset management firm specializing in quality growth and credit investment strategies. Headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida, the firm also operates offices in Boston, London, and Hong Kong, catering to a diverse clientele that includes institutions, financial advisors, and individual investors worldwide.
Polen Capital provides a range of active, high-conviction strategies through its four autonomous investment teams: Small Company Growth, Large Company Growth, Emerging Markets Growth, and High Yield.
Stan joined Polen Capital in 2003 and held several key roles, including COO, CFO, and CCO, before being named CEO in 2012. Under his leadership, the firm has evolved from a boutique, single-strategy operation with a regional focus into a global asset manager overseeing more than $61 billion in assets. His strategic vision has driven the firm’s expansion into multiple strategies and international markets.

Before joining Polen Capital, Stan gained extensive experience in financial services, strategic planning, and operations. He previously held roles at several asset management firms and began his career as an auditor for Coopers & Lybrand (now PwC), specializing in financial services and technology companies.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Stan is actively involved in philanthropic and community initiatives. He serves on the National Board of Make-A-Wish America and chairs the annual Make-A-Wish Polen Capital Golf Tournament, which benefits the Southern Florida chapter. He is also a member of the Business School Executive Board at NYU Stern.
Stan holds a Bachelor of Science and an MBA from the University of Alabama, as well as a Master’s in Global Finance from the NYU Stern School of Business and the HKUST Business School.
